Sales Engineer Interconnect - Germany
Responsible for sales of interconnect devices, both standard and custom for military and avionics customers. Manage the sales of company products through direct sales, commissioned sales representatives and/or authorized company distributor network.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop sales volume on key accounts.
Inform OEM’s of our products and assist in the qualification of products at the end user.
Maintain multiple ongoing projects and visit key accounts.
Participate in joint sales calls with sales rep firms.
Prepare special and regular sales reports including call report.
Gather emerging technical trends for guidance in new product development.
Direct applicable representative efforts to meet established objectives.
Communicate and coordinate oral and written directions, follow-up and feedback to accomplish sales goals.
DESIRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of technical sales experience with interconnect products for Military and Avionics customers.
Natural aptitudes for working well with people and good communications skills are essential.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail oriented with good follow through abilities.
