Analog IC Design Engineer
Job Description
Several opportunities exist for experienced RF System Engineers to join a pioneering venture backed start-up company. The founding team has an impressive pedigree, engineers that always strive to be at the forefront of technology. They have developed a novel technique that considerably reduces the power required by transmitters. Applicants will have a background in RF design, a strong theoretical understanding and practical experience of system partitioning issues. The candidate will be expected to have the majority of the following attributes: · Good academic background, 1st or 2:1 degree. · Significant cross functional experience including RF, DSP, analogue, mixed signal · Experience of modeling high level wireless system performance using tools such as Matlab, Mathcad, ADS, VSS, Excel · Working knowledge of Physical Layer parameters of modern CDMA and OFDM based communications standards |
