Quality Assurance Manager - China

Our client is an Asian printed circuit board manufacturer.

Job Description  

Tasks: Our client is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager for their printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing facility in China. The plant is capable of manufacturing PCB’s up to 30 layers, in production and quick-turn quantities. Reporting to the President – the appointee will manage a team of customer service and quality engineering supervisors/engineers to oversee the quality assurance function of the manufacturing site located in China. The new QA Manager is expected to continue to execute and enhance the quality concept and system devised by the Top Management and ensure our Company can be bench-marked properly with the leaders in our competition. To maintain and improve the quality level of the manufacturing site, he/she is required to support and drive all quality functions/programs/systems and transform evolving customers’ quality standards/requirements to organizational benefits by setting up quality systems, performing system audit and outgoing audit. He/she is also required to lead all departments to continuously provide world-class quality products and services to meet and exceed customers’ requirement by sharing and closely monitoring quality performance/information of the manufacturing site so as to identify and implement improvement projects. - Degree in Engineering - Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in managing quality function in a electronics manufacturing, preferably in PCB industry - In-depth knowledge of quality improvement methods and quality international standards likes IPC, UL, ISO/TS16949, ISO14000 as well as experience in driving quality enhancement program - Responsive, strong leadership skill with good business sense - Able to work under pressure - Good written English and Chinese, also fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese We are available on Skype: Greenline_group
