Job Description
Client Company Background:
Our client is a of capital equipment for the semiconductor industry, with world-wide locations. The company has sales in excess of $75 million USD. The position reports to the CEO.

Job Purpose:
Company is looking for a hands-on leader with great managing skills.  Maximizes profit and return on investment by accomplishing objectives; serving customers; maintaining the company's stability; ensuring growth.

Duties:
Establishes and accomplishes enterprise objectives by researching opportunities and problems; recommending strategies to the board of directors; inaugurating programs and processes; meeting financial requirements; evaluating and reporting results.
Assigning accountabilities; setting objectives and establishing priorities; integrating corporate efforts; monitoring and evaluating results; providing resources; developing strategic partnerships.
Serves customers by establishing critical service, operations, and productivity criteria; leading commitment to quality service; evaluating service results; representing the company to major customers.
Maintains company stability and reputation by establishing and communicating a corporate value system; enforcing ethical business practices; complying with, or influencing the development of, laws and regulations. 

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven and successful leadership and management abilities in third party logistics companies
Solid Understanding of margins and P&L
Strong operations and business management skills
Ability to 'drive the mission'
Ability to analyze and evaluate employee performance and customer satisfaction
Ability to motivate people
Must be fluent in English and
Chinese Mandarin.
