National Sales Manager PCB - East Coast

Job Description
Our client is a printed circuit board manufacturing (PCB) company based in the US. Are you considering a career move in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry?

This exciting and challenging role is at the hub of a fast paced and ever-changing business environment of small quantity printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. Reporting to the President, the incumbent will become a strategic partner of the senior management team and will be expected to lead business growth and profitability in its marketing and sales operations over the next wave of business growth. Significant monetary and professional rewards await the qualified individual that fits into this environment. As the ideal candidate, you will have a high level of comfort with all aspects of both inward and outwardly focused relationship management with current and prospective clients; that desire to purchase multi layer, rigid, flex & rigid-flex, printed circuit boards for aerospace, defense and medical applications.

-Bachelors Degree
-Minimum 3 years National Sales experience in PCBs; 3 years of direct PCB sales experience.
-Working in a $15M+ annual revenue environment.
-Excellent sales, sales leadership, and communications skills.
-Advanced manufacturing/engineering environment.
-A significant understanding of electronics manufacturing (EMS) and PCB manufacturing.
-Experience in the manufacturing and sales of printed circuit boards (PCB's)
