Manufacturing Engineering Manager - China
Job Duties:
- Responsible for project development and engineering support
- Establish an efficient process for productivity and quality improvement
- Ensure the quality performance of the products will be complied with the required quality standards
- Interface with customers on technical aspects
- Supervise a team of engineers for target achievements
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline
- At least 6 years of working experience in PCB field experience in which at least 2 years in management level
- Familiar with manufacturing environment in PRC and with the exposure to global company
- Proven ability to lead a team and effective in communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
