HR Manager (China)
JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a well known US listed company who manufactures electronic
assemblies. They are now looking to employ a high caliber HR Manager to join its
regional Human Resources team. This position is based in Guangzhou and you will
be responsible in planning and implementing Human Resources strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all HR related spectrum including recruitment, compensation & benefits,
legislation & policies, employee relations, performance management, and general
office administration
- Perform any other duties as necessary to support company's objectives
- Based in Shenzhen and reporting to the Associate Director
- Supervise HR & Administration team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Human Resources in Human Resources or related
- South China background a MUST
- Eight years of HR Generalist experience in which three years in managerial
level
- Strong knowledge in PRC labour law and local practice
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Fluent both spoken and written in English and Mandarin
