Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess the following experience or attributes:

·  Applicant must be equipped with at least a degree in Engineering / Manufacturing or be an experienced Toolmaker,

·  Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor/Electronics standard tool making,

·  Minimum 5 years of experience working in China,

·  Good track record in managing high volume manufacturing (HVM) operations involving production management, QA/QC system, material & logistics management, engineering and sales/project management, and human resources management,

·  Ability to handle strategic, operational and financial/HR issues,

·  Good leadership and networking skills,

·  Good business acumen,

·  Results oriented,

·  Must be proficient in English and Chinese

Less experienced candidates with a similar background are welcome to apply and may be considered for alternative positions.
