This exciting and challenging role is at the hub of a fast paced and ever-changing business environment. Reporting to the President, the incumbent will become a strategic partner of the senior management team and will be expected to lead business growth and profitability in its marketing and sales operations over the next wave of business growth. HAVE YOU… -Successfully managed marketing, sales and field operations? -Developed and implemented strategic marketing plans? -Carried through aggressive business strategies? -Enabled business growth while optimizing profitability? -Demonstrated a strong desire for getting involved and getting things done? -Presented at Board of Director meetings? -Participated in industry forums? -Participated in major account sales and field engineering assistance?
YOUR EDUCATION CONSISTS OF: -MBA, P.Eng or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Science.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES INCLUDE: -Minimum 3 years Director of Sales and or National Sales experience; 3 years of direct EMS sales experience. -Working in a $20M+ annual revenue environment. -Excellent sales, sales leadership, and communications skills. -Advanced manufacturing/engineering environment. -A significant understanding of electronics manufacturing (EMS). -Experience in box builds. -Experience in the contract manufacturing of PCB's, industrial controls, and electronics of medical equipment.
