Customer Support Manager

Job Description

This position will be responsible for leading the EU Service organization for the support of all clients’ products in the regions installed customer base.

The individual will have to organize customer support activities for all of our client’s products in Europe. Provide leadership and direct management of the customer support organizations in Europe, which numbers 25 people. Interface with, manage, and control service subcontractors in the region. Ensure ERP tools and processes are being effectively deployed in a real time bases.

Travel required.
