Customer Service - Fluent in Mandarin

Our client is an Asian printed circuit board manufacturer, with a US sales office. This position is located in their US sales office.

Job Description  

Tasks: Responsible for maintaining the interface between company and current customers concerning customer orders. Able to quote from drawings or information supplied. Establish and maintain pricing levels at quotation. Follow up on daily quotes. Ability to book and maintain orders. Maintain error free order entry. Generate and accurately interpret reports. Must be able to resolve issues concerning manufacturability of products and must clearly understand technology associated with manufacturing high technology circuit boards. Must have elegant communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and telephone communication techniques. Will be required to interface with manufacturing to resolve on time delivery and quality issues. Must understand and be able to resolve issues with front end engineering to insure product releases are accurate and timely. Develops, solicits and closes new accounts, generates sales quotations and handles customer inquiries. Maintain a neat, clean work area. Complete all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Understand customer and industry requirements. Work effectively as a team player with all departments. The successful candidate will also have strong customer service skills. Five to 10 years experience working in a sales or customer service environment within the printed circuit board industry. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. Ability to multitask. Must be organized and have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English and Mandarin well enough to accomplish the job.
