Our client is an Asian printed circuit board manufacturer, with a US sales office. This position is located in their US sales office.
Responsible for maintaining the interface between company and current customers
concerning customer orders. Able to quote from drawings or information supplied.
Establish and maintain pricing levels at quotation. Follow up on daily quotes.
Ability to book and maintain orders. Maintain error free order entry. Generate
and accurately interpret reports. Must be able to resolve issues concerning
manufacturability of products and must clearly understand technology associated
with manufacturing high technology circuit boards. Must have elegant
communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and telephone
communication techniques. Will be required to interface with manufacturing to
resolve on time delivery and quality issues. Must understand and be able to
resolve issues with front end engineering to insure product releases are
accurate and timely. Develops, solicits and closes new accounts, generates sales
quotations and handles customer inquiries. Maintain a neat, clean work area.
Complete all other duties as assigned by management.
