Customer Service Engineer

Job Description

Our client an industry leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, is seeking a Customer Service Engineer.  Position involves the installing, setting-up, troubleshooting, and repairing of semiconductor probe equipment located at various customer sites.  Strong electro-mechanical abilities and software skills is a must.  


Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years hands-on experience in field service or as a machine maintenance technician in the semiconductor or related industry.  The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in Probe or Test semiconductor disciplines, strong English skills, excellent customer service/interpersonal skills, and exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities.  A Bachelorís Degree or equivalent education in advanced electronics is required.
