Job Description
Our client has been a European leader in the production of capital equipment for the semiconductor industry. Our client has a wide range of products and complete solutions including window components, door and window handles, manual opening systems and mechanisms. In 15 years of activity our client has become an established and constantly growing international holding and sector leader with a turnover in excess of € 160 million and 800+ employees. Job Responsibility: - Analyze business operations, evaluation of business processes & performance - Provide financial leadership and support various strategic and functional business unit - Key responsibilities in decision making and providing platform for development of long term business plans - Read & analyze business trend by obtaining operational results and variance analysis - Develop financial models and initiating recommendations to improve financial performance - Financial administration & forecast, cost & budgeting, accounting & auditing - Construct HR policies architecture, implement and control with Group HR Department Job Requirement: - Degree in Accounting or Finance - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience - Min 5 years of working experience in China - Fluency in English and good language skill in Chinese Mandarin is a must - Expose to and preferably from a manufacturing environment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational and administration skills - Good understanding of western financial practices is essential - Knowledge in ERP(SAP) is highly desirable - Able to deliver results under pressure, mature thinking and self confident - Able to travel periodically to the HQ in Euro |
